In search of my own well-being, I discovered massage therapy. I realized that this was a field of work where I could help others discover their own potentiality for wellness.

I feel privileged to have studied at the Body Therapy Institute, the only massage school in North Carolina (and one of forty nationwide) that is accredited by the American Massage Therapy Association's Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation. I have also received my certification in Orthopedic Massage as well as Neuromuscular Massage Therapy.

I welcome the opportunity to share the massage experience with you. I am dedicated to attend to your therapy needs in a professional and nurturing way. I chose this work because I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. One of my favorite books The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra contains the following:

“We have stopped for a moment to encounter each other, to meet, to love, to share. This is a precious moment, but it is transient. It is a little parenthesis in eternity.  If we share with caring, lightheartedness, and love, we will create abundance and joy for each other. And then this moment will have been worthwhile.”
